Praise and worship were led by Evang Solowise Idu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Attendance: A total of 44 participants, comprising 27 men and 17 women, were present.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images columns-default is-cropped wp-block-gallery-1 is-layout-flex wp-block-gallery-is-layout-flex\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"6000\" height=\"4000\" data-id=\"1106\" src=\"http:\/\/centrelsd.top\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/IMG_0712.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1106\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"6000\" height=\"4000\" data-id=\"1107\" src=\"http:\/\/centrelsd.top\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/IMG_0716.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1107\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"6000\" height=\"4000\" data-id=\"1105\" src=\"http:\/\/centrelsd.top\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/IMG_0700.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1105\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"6000\" height=\"4000\" data-id=\"1110\" src=\"http:\/\/centrelsd.top\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/IMG_0708.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1110\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Welcome Address: Bishop Cephas Okwori facilitated the welcome address, setting the tone for the day&#8217;s proceedings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">11:00 am: His Royal Majestic, Pastor (Dr) Eliagwu Odogbo John Obagaji (Oche-Idoma V), delivered a goodwill message on &#8220;Dismantling the Chains of Corruption.&#8221; He emphasized the importance of various sectors, including religious leaders, communities, government institutions, private sectors, NGOs, media, and the general public, joining the &#8220;war against corruption&#8221; using biblical standards and principles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ethics and Integrity Discussion: His Majesty also spoke on ethics, integrity, and morality, referencing biblical passages such as Exodus 20:3-17, Deuteronomy 5:6-21, and Matthew 5:48, to highlight the importance of upholding ethical standards in all aspects of life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images columns-default is-cropped wp-block-gallery-2 is-layout-flex wp-block-gallery-is-layout-flex\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"6000\" height=\"4000\" data-id=\"1108\" src=\"http:\/\/centrelsd.top\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/IMG_0836.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1108\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"6000\" height=\"4000\" data-id=\"1104\" src=\"http:\/\/centrelsd.top\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/IMG_0837.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1104\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"6000\" height=\"4000\" data-id=\"1109\" src=\"http:\/\/centrelsd.top\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/IMG_0834.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1109\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Introduction to the Shun Corruption Project Theme: Dr. Agbaji Orinya facilitated a session on &#8220;Mobilizing Christians Against Corruption,&#8221; where church leaders and workers were trained on how to combat and preach against corruption. Participants engaged in discussions, sharing experiences, and seeking advice on standing firm against corruption pressures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Second Session (1:00 pm &#8211; 2:00 pm): The training continued with the topic &#8220;Exploring the Role of the Church in Societal Transformation and Establishment with Management of the Social Arm of the Church.&#8221; Facilitators encouraged leaders to be transparent and accountable in church dealings, especially financially, to uphold good doctrines and advocate against corruption.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Conclusion: The program concluded with questions, comments, group pictures, and refreshments at 2:30 pm, fostering a sense of camaraderie and collaboration among the participants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Overall, the Step Down Training on Establishment and Management of the Church Social Arm was a resounding success, providing valuable insights and practical strategies for combating corruption and promoting ethical leadership within the church and broader society.
